This is not your basic bungalow!

This charming 1900s cottage blends elevated design, some extra room to spread out, and many upgraded systems for effortless living. High-end finishes include hand-scraped acacia wood floors that continue throughout, exquisite soapstone countertops, and a deep copper soaking tub.

The heart of the home is a gorgeous open kitchen featuring custom maple cabinetry, a dedicated pantry, and a breakfast bar. It’s perfect for both hosting and everyday meals, and its sprawling workspace and new JennAir downdraft range make it a chef’s dream.
